Shipping & Delivery

BallsUp.biz go to great pains to ensure that your balls arrive in excellent condition. All balls are properly packed in a tough postal box, 24 to the box, – not just thrown loose into a couriers plastic bag as some others do.

Single box orders can be sent by Standard service (Royal Mail, 4-5 days) or Express Service (Initial CityLink 1-2 days). All multiple box orders are sent by Express Service.

We strongly recommend that you use the Express Service as this method of delivery includes insurance, guaranteed delivery and full tracking capabilities. It does not cost that much more but provides much more peace of mind. We can provide you the tracking number via email in order that you track your delivery in real-time!

Deliveries are generally made on weekdays only (Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays) between 08:30am and 5.30pm, and require a signature, unless you state on your order where they can be left if you are not in.  If you do not receive your parcel or a calling card on the expected day of delivery please contact us immediately.

If there is no one in when the delivery attempt is made, the delivery driver may attempt to deliver to a neighbour's house and obtain a signature, and then place a notification card through your letterbox. If there is no one available to sign, you will have a card notifying of the attempted delivery and a second attempt will be made the next working day. Alternatively you can call the number on the card to arrange re-delivery on another convenient day – or arrange to collect the parcel from the depot if preferred.

Parcels will be held at the Couriers depot for 5 working days before being returned to BallsUp.biz. Therefore we recommend that you call the carriers ASAP to avoid delays. Re-deliveries for goods that have been returned to BallsUp.biz will attract an additional delivery charge.

For reasons of security, our couriers require that the parcel be signed for at your address or by a next-door neighbour. As a result they will not be able to leave your parcel in the porch / shed etc, unless you state this requirement at the time of order.

We have kept our delivery charges to a minimum - and considering the care and attention we provide to getting your orders to you in best possible condition, you can be reassured that as with everything from BallsUp.Biz - you are getting value for money!

Generally orders received before midday will be despatched the same day. Weekend orders will be despatched on the Monday (except on Bank Holidays).
