Unused Goods-For Refund
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from ballsup.biz, you may return unused goods within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.
Unused Goods-For Exchange
In the event that you are not satisfied with any purchase from ballsup.biz, you may return unused goods within 7 days of receipt for an exchange. Carriage is chargeable on the exchanged goods.
Incorrect Goods Delivered
In the unlikely event that we dispatch the incorrect goods to you we will refund your reasonable shipping costs and resend the goods to you carriage free.
Faulty goods
If an item is faulty or becomes faulty through normal use then the following action needs to be taken.
For purchases under 7 days old, we will exchange the item at our expense. Please contact our returns team on e-mail returns@ballsup.biz to arrange an exchange over.
For purchases over 7 days old and less than 30 days old - please send back the item to the address below. We will inspect the item. At our discretion, we will replace or return the item to you (we return the item if we feel there is no manufacturing fault). If we feel the item is faulty, then we will reimburse reasonable costs that you have incurred when the item was returned.
Returning a product
Please e-mail or telephone before returning any product to us to advise us of the return, we will issue you with a returns number - please write this number clearly on the outside of the box. Send your unused or faulty product(s) to the address below. Please include a covering note with your name, address, sales number and contact telephone number. Please explain the action you would like us to take. We recommend that you use a signed for service such as Royal Mail recorded delivery for all returns and that you ensure the goods are adequately insured for loss or damage during transit. We can accept no responsibility until a member of our staff has signed for receipt of the goods.
